Inclusive dance companies are currently paving the way in making movement accessible to everyone-regardless of ability, background, or experience. Today, I'd like to highlight five incredible organizations that are helping redefine what it means to dance.
Move Inclusive Dance
Move Inclusive Dance is a nonprofit organization that offers dance lessions for people of all abilities. Their classes emphasize personality, creativity, and community. Whether you're a beginner or someone who has been dancing for a little while, Move Inclusive Dance is a welcoming environment that has something for everyone. Currently they have weekly classes in Nashville and in Franklin but hopefully will expand soon.

Inclusive Dance Cork
Inclusive Dance Cork is a company for people with or without disabilities to ensure that everyoe is on the same level. They have a variety of choreographers come in to learn from, like Marc Brew. The classes are held at Dance Cork Firkin Crane in Cork, Ireland. It offers a variety of new ways to move and think about movement giving dancers a clearer understanding of the purpose of each movement.
